Refund Policy

Except as otherwise expressly stated in an applicable Statement of Work, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds are provided for partially used Services or service units. At Metasteps' sole discretion, Metasteps may issue Service Credits (in the form of Top-Up credits) instead of cash refunds in cases of documented service outages, performance issues, or as a goodwill gesture. The issuance of Service Credits in any instance does not create any obligation for Metasteps to provide Service Credits in the future. Service Credits, if granted, will be applied to the user’s account and may be used toward future use of the Services.

Service Credits:

(a) are not redeemable for cash,

(b) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and

(c) may only be used in connection with access to and use of the Metateps Services.

Any overpayments may, at Metasteps’ discretion, be credited to the user’s account as Service Credits.

Top-Up Credit Packages

Users may purchase Top-up credit packages through one-time transactions, in addition to any subscription credit allocation. Top-up Credit packages are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased, regardless of whether the credits are fully or partially used. Unless otherwise stated, Top-up credits will expire upon the expiration or termination of the user’s applicable Subscription Term if the user does not renew or maintain an active subscription.

Subscription Plans and Fees

Users may subscribe to Metasteps paid subscription plans on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-tranferable once paid, including in cases of early termination, partial use, or non-use during the subscription term, except where expressly stated in a Statement of Work.
