Artsteps migration
Migrate your exhibition from Artsteps to Metasteps
Our team can transfer your Artsteps exhibitions into your Metasteps account. This service is included with all annual plans.
How it works:
- Create a Metasteps account.
- Purchase an annual Metasteps subscription plan.
- Submit a migration request.
- We confirm your account and subscription status.
- Our team migrates your exhibition(s) — usually a couple of days.
- You receive an email confirmation once the migration is complete.
- Your migrated exhibition(s) appear in your Metasteps Spaces page as drafts, where you can review, edit, and publish them.
On a monthly plan? We're unable to perform migrations for monthly subscriptions. If you're on a monthly plan, you can recreate your exhibitions manually using the Metasteps 3D Studio. Upgrade to an annual plan anytime to have us handle it for you.
